Yes, our Ilumina CC Cream, Ilumina CC Creamy Compact and Solaria Mineral are only made with Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide which are mineral based filters.
Yes, toty is vegan and cruelty-free. Our promise is to never conduct or commission for any tests on animals.
Yes, all topical toty products are non-comedogenic which means it will not clog pores.
When toty uses fragrances we use them at less than 1%.
Fragrance Free:
- Solaria Mineral Antioxidant Sunscreen Serum SPF 50+ is fragrance free.
- Solaria Infusion is an ingestible and does not contain fragrances.
Contains Fragrance under 1%:
- Ilumina CC Creamy Compact SPF 50+
- CC Cream Perfecting Fluid SPF 50+
All of our topical formulations are non-comedogenic which means they will not clog pores. We also avoid ingredients that are known to cause breakouts.
It is always best to consult your physician if you are pregnant or breast feeding.

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days for a full refund on the product price. To start your return, please follow this link. We will process your return payment once we receive the returned items.

We will only refund or exchange products purchased on toty.com
Your refund should be initiated within 7 business days of the request. It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Please allow 1-2 days for processing and check your email to find tracking information for your package. As soon as your order is fulfilled, we will send an email with your tracking information. Only one code per order can be applied. Promotional codes only apply to full priced products. If you still can't apply your code, please email us at support@toty.com with the discount code. As long as the code is still live, we can apply it to your order.

In case of an allergic reaction to any toty product, please, immediately report it by calling 1-833-966-7567. Once reported, you can contact support@toty.com to assit you with a refund.

We only ship in the United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally. If you have a special request, please email us at support@toty.com.
We offer free ground shipping for orders over $35. We offer expedited shipping for a fee.
As of today, we offer two shipping methods:
1. Economy (4-13 Business Days) Free
2. Expedited (3-6 Business Days) - $9.95
3. Priority (2-3 Business Days) - $16.95
You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these states can take between 11-15 business days.
Some carriers may mark packages as delivered, but they deliver it the following day. If you do not receive your package the following day, please call the carrier for updates and email us at support@toty.com
