Are your SPF products mineral based?
Yes, our Ilumina CC Cream, Ilumina CC Creamy Compact and Solaria Mineral are only made with Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide which are mineral based filters.
Are your products vegan & cruelty-free?
Yes, toty is vegan and cruelty-free. Our promise is to never conduct or commission for any tests on animals.
Are your products non-comedogenic?
Yes, all topical toty products are non-comedogenic which means it will not clog pores.
Are your products fragrance-free?
When toty uses fragrances we use them at less than 1%.
Fragrance Free:
- Solaria Mineral Antioxidant Sunscreen Serum SPF 50+ is fragrance free.
- Solaria Infusion is an ingestible and does not contain fragrances.
Contains Fragrance under 1%:
- Ilumina CC Creamy Compact SPF 50+
- CC Cream Perfecting Fluid SPF 50+
Will your products make my skin break out?
All of our topical formulations are non-comedogenic which means they will not clog pores. We also avoid ingredients that are known to cause breakouts.
Are your products safe to use while pregnant?
It is always best to consult your physician if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
Are your products reef-safe?
Our Ilumina and Solaria SPF products are made with mineral filters, both titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our Ilumina CC Cream, Ilumina CC Creamy Compact and Solaria Mineral have been tested on sensitive skin.

Where can I start my return?
To start your return, please follow this link
What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days for a full refund on the product price. To start your return, please follow this link. We will process your return payment once we receive the returned items.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of your order. Please email support@toty.com with your order number and the new item you would like to receive.
Can I return an item to one of your locations?
We will only refund or exchange products purchased on toty.com
How long will it take to process a return and receive my refund?
Your refund should be initiated within 3 business days of the request. It may take up to 10 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
ORDERS
How do I track my order?
Please allow 1-2 days for processing and check your email to find tracking information for your package. As soon as your order is fulfilled, we will send an email with your tracking information. It may take up to 2 days for the carrier to update the tracking information. If your tracking number isn’t updating, please email us at support@toty.com.
How do I make changes to my order?
Please email us at support@toty.com for any changes to your order. As long as your order has not been processed, we can make changes to your order.
How do I make changes to my shipping address?
Please email support@toty.com with your new address as soon as possible. If your order has not been fulfilled, we can change the address. If the order has already been fulfilled, we cannot make any change.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please email us at support@toty.com as soon as possible. We can cancel your order as long as it has not been fulfilled. If it has already shipped, we can initiate a return for you.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product, missing item or any other issue with my order?
Please, no longer than 10 days after receiving the package, reach out to us at support@toty.com
Where do I enter my promo code?
You can enter your promo code at checkout in the box labeled “gift card or discount code”.
My promo code wasn’t applied. What should I do?
Only one code per order can be applied. Promotional codes only apply to full priced products. If you still can't apply your code, please email us at support@toty.com with the discount code. As long as the code is still live, we can apply it to your order.
Can I use multiple promo codes at the same time?
We can only apply one promo code at a time.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION?
In case of an allergic reaction to any toty product, please, immediately report it by calling 1-833-966-7567. Once reported, you can contact support@toty.com to assit you with a refund.

Where can I purchase toty products?
Currently, you can purchase toty on our website toty.com, on amazon.com and hsn.com.
Where do you ship?
We only ship in the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally. If you have a special request, please email us at support@toty.com.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free ground shipping for orders over $35. We offer expedited shipping for a fee.
What shipping methods do you provide?
As of today, we offer two shipping methods:
1. Economy (4-13 Business Days) Free
2. Expedited (3-6 Business Days) - $9.95
3. Priority (2-3 Business Days) - $16.95
How long will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these states can take between 11-15 business days.
My package is marked as delivered, but I can’t find it. What can I do?
Some carriers may mark packages as delivered, but they deliver it the following day. If you do not receive your package the following day, please call the carrier for updates and email us at support@toty.com

How do I unsubscribe from email and/or SMS?
We are sorry to see you go, but if you no longer wish to receive emails from us simply click the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. To stop receiving SMS messages from us, simply reply back to the message with the word STOP.
If I forgot my password, how can I log back in?
Go to Account and click on "Forgot my password" and you'll receive instructions on how to create a new one.
HSA/ FSA ELIGIBLE
Can I Use My HSA/FSA For toty Products?
Yes! You can use your HSA/FSA dollars to purchase eligible products on our website using the Sika Health payment method. All eligible products will say HSA/FSA eligible under the Product Description. When you add HSA/FSA eligible products to your cart, you can select the “Sika | Pay with HSA/FSA” payment method and follow the instructions. No receipts, no reimbursements, no hassle.
What happens if I have both HSA/FSA eligible items and ineligible items in my cart?
If you have a mixed basket of eligible and ineligible products, Sika Health makes this very easy. When you select the “Sika | Pay with HSA/FSA” payment method at checkout, your cart will automatically be split into an eligible and ineligible subtotal. You can then add the appropriate payment method for each subtotal. Sika Health will handle the rest!
What if I don't have enough money in my HSA/FSA account to cover my purchase amount?
Not to worry! Sika Health can check your available HSA/FSA balance, charge that amount, and allow you to provide a backup credit or debit card to handle the rest. Enter your card details like normal and follow the prompts from Sika Health!
What if I don’t have an HSA/FSA debit card? Can I still use Sika Health?
Yes! If you would like to redeem your HSA/FSA funds for a purchase on our website and you don’t have an HSA/FSA card, you can choose Sika and pay with a normal credit or debit card. As long as one of the items in your cart is eligible, you will receive an email from Sika Health. In this email will be everything you need to redeem your purchase for HSA/FSA dollars, including the proper receipt to submit to your HSA/FSA administrator.
My payment didn’t go through with Sika Health, why is that?
There are a few potential reasons why this may happen. It’s possible your HSA/FSA card has not yet been activated, or that you are attempting to purchase ineligible products with an HSA/FSA card. If you believe it is something other than that, please reach out tosupport@sikahealth.com.

Typically, you can sign up for an HSA when you sign up for a High Deductible Health Plan. These accounts are individually owned so the funds roll over each year and you can take them if you leave your job.
A Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA) is an employer-offered benefit plan that lets you set aside money for qualified healthcare expenses. You can sign up for an FSA if your employer offers this option. It’s important to remember that FSA funds do not roll over at the end of the year (unless your employer allows it) and they immediately are returned to your employer if you leave your job.
