    I love this! A couple of years ago I went on a trip where there was intense sun all day long and even though I had them on sunscreen and foundation over it with sunscreen, I still got a number of broken capillaries on my face which are very unattractive.taking this and I have noticed I get no redness when I go out in the sun. I still wear my sunscreen, but I think this has been an excellent supplement that really has added a layer of needed protection.

    started taking it, but it is delicious. I went on a trip to Sweden in August a couple of years ago and was not warned of the sun. The sun is up at full brightness from 5:30 in the morning until 1030 at night. I had on a normal amount of sunscreen and still have visible sun damage from it.i have to go there again this August and I know that I will be much better protected with this product

    Trying to see a difference

    I use it in my orange juice every morning, not sure that I can see a big difference, it may take most of the 30 day supply to see any difference.
