The low ratings are here for a reason.
So many reviews about parts of orders missing. Well I should have heeded the warning. I only received half of my order. It does not matter that I have provided proof through copies of multiple emails THEY sent me in regards to what was ordered, they will not fulfill my order.
I let them know I would like to return my order since it is incomplete and they have not said a word in response to that request. This company is too expensive for their customer service to be this terrible. You can find better service ordering from TEMU and equivalent if not better coverage from drugstore makeup.
Save yourself the headache and don't give them any money. I'm convinced the good reviews are bots at this point because they're a joke, in the worst way.

On the order page, we list each item individually under the set name so you can see exactly what's included. This sometimes leads to the misunderstanding that you're receiving additional free products.
